The CarZoomo™.com website and related applications and services (together, the “Site”) are owned and operated by CarZoomo™, Inc. (“CarZoomo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Notice, and any additional policies posted on the Site, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
CarZoomo is an online marketplace that helps vehicle shoppers discover inventory listed by independent, participating dealerships (“Dealerships”) and connect with those Dealerships.
CARZOOMO IS NOT AN AUTOMOBILE BROKER OR DEALER AND DOES NOT BUY, SELL, EXCHANGE, OR OFFER FOR SALE ANY VEHICLE LISTED ON THE SITE. All negotiations, purchases, financing arrangements, and transfers of any interest in a vehicle occur directly between you and the Dealership. CarZoomo is not a party to any transaction between you and a Dealership and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any Dealership.
Vehicle listings — including price, mileage, features, condition, history, and availability — are provided by Dealerships and their inventory data sources. While we work to keep listings current, we do not independently verify listing information and do not guarantee its accuracy or a vehicle’s continued availability. Always confirm price, features, condition, and availability directly with the Dealership before making a purchase decision. A listing is not an offer to sell; the final terms of any sale are set by you and the Dealership.
When you submit an inquiry about a vehicle (for example, through a contact form, chat, click-to-call, or text), you are asking us to share your inquiry and contact information with the Dealership listing that vehicle, and you consent to that Dealership contacting you about your inquiry. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Notice — including our commitments that we do not sell your personal information and do not send your inquiry to any dealership other than the one you contacted.
The Site offers interactive features, including an AI-powered vehicle search and chat. By using these features, you consent to CarZoomo recording and retaining transcripts of these communications, as described in our Privacy Notice, so we can provide the service, assist you, and improve the Site.
AI-generated responses are provided for informational purposes to help you explore inventory. They are not professional, financial, or purchasing advice, and vehicle facts should always be confirmed with the Dealership. Do not enter sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers or financial account numbers) into chat or search fields.
You agree to use the Site only for its intended purpose — shopping for vehicles and connecting with Dealerships. You may not: submit false or misleading inquiries; use the Site to harass others or send spam; scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Site; probe, interfere with, or disrupt the Site or its security features; use automated agents to access the Site without our written permission; or attempt to use the Site’s interactive features for purposes unrelated to vehicle shopping.
All copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Site and its contents (“Site Content”), including text, images, graphics, code, trademarks, and logos, are owned by or licensed to CarZoomo and protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site Content without our express written permission. Vehicle photographs and listing content remain the property of their respective owners.
The Site is owned and operated by CarZoomo from its offices in the United States. Although the Site may be accessible worldwide, by accessing it you agree that all matters relating to its use and these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where the consumer-protection law of your state of residence applies notwithstanding a choice-of-law provision.
MOST CUSTOMER ISSUES CAN BE RESOLVED QUICKLY BY CONTACTING US AT support@carzoomo.com. IN THE EVENT A DISPUTE CANNOT BE RESOLVED INFORMALLY, YOU AND CARZOOMO AGREE TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTES OR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION OR, WHERE APPLICABLE, IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT. YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. BEFORE STARTING ARBITRATION, EITHER PARTY MUST FIRST SEND THE OTHER A WRITTEN DESCRIPTION OF THE DISPUTE AND ALLOW 60 DAYS TO RESOLVE IT INFORMALLY.
You use the Internet and the Site at your own risk. The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive to maintain a secure and reliable platform — see our Security Practices — we cannot guarantee the confidentiality of communications or materials transmitted over the Internet, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CarZoomo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any dispute, transaction, or interaction between you and any Dealership. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
CarZoomo reserves the right to modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate or restrict your access to all or part of the Site if we determine that you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Notice and any posted policies, are the entire agreement between you and CarZoomo regarding the Site.
